Getting started with version 5

Choose how to bring in your data

Open Settings and select the Data Source tab. All sections unlock after license activation; the results each section can show depend on the available data.

Excel upload: recommendedUpload a comparison export from Search Console in the File Report tab. This method requires neither a Google Cloud project nor server access to Google.
API connection: automatic data retrievalUse your own Google Cloud project for automatic data retrieval, index status checks, single-page analysis, and scheduled email reports. Your server must be able to reach Google.
You control the connectionSearch Console access is read-only. The refresh token is stored encrypted in your own site database, and you can disconnect at any time.

What makes Palette different

Put click growth in context

A percentage change alone does not tell you whether a change is meaningful. Palette evaluates changes against the volume of data and filters out expected variation when building the Action Plan, helping you focus on changes that merit attention.

Every number is calculated using fixed formulas. Run the same file twice and you get the same numerical results. AI is optional and adds explanations to those results.

Turn Search Console data into your next SEO actions

Clicks, impressions, CTR, positions, queries, and pages. What should you do with them?

Palette transforms raw Search Console data into
an understandable report and a practical Action Plan.

01

Filter out statistical noise

Each change is assessed against the volume of data. Small increases without sufficient statistical support are filtered out of the action plan.

02

Separate ranking declines from changes in query mix

Average position can worsen when new queries enter the data at lower positions. The report shows ranking movement and query-mix effects separately.

Rank drop · 38% Query mix · 62% Avg. position: 12.4 → 15.1
03

Monthly reports in minutes

The main output is a prioritized Action Plan, helping you decide which page, query, and task to tackle first.

Frequently asked questions

Before you buy

Why can I only see the plugin dashboard after installation?
Plugin sections become available after activating your Zhaket license. If you only see the dashboard and activation guidance, check your license status, ionCube Loader installation, and the server's internet access for license verification.
Why are some report sections empty?
Each section needs specific data. Growth and decline analysis requires a Compare export; ranking volatility requires at least three archived reports; and country and search-type sections require API data. Tracked queries must be configured before generating the report. Each section explains what is missing and what to do next.
How can I deliver a report to a client?
In Client Reports, choose a link that requires no login, email, Telegram, Bale, or a branded print version. Share links expire and can be revoked. Export Report also lets you download standalone HTML or open a document to save as PDF through your browser. Each delivery channel needs its own configuration.
How do I install it?
Extract the product package, then install and activate palette-data-analyzer-zh.zip from the 1- Plugin folder through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Enter your Zhaket license under License Activation. Version 5 is a single plugin and does not require separate base and Pro installations. Installation instructions are included.
Is a direct Google connection required?
No. If you have a Search Console export, you can analyze it without connecting the plugin to Google or creating a Google Cloud project. Automatic data retrieval, index status, single-page analysis, scheduled email reports, and country and search-type sections require an API connection.
Does it work on servers in Iran?
File uploads do not require server access to Google. Your server must still meet the PHP and ionCube requirements and have internet access for license verification. The API option requires your own Google Cloud project and server access to Google. Review the access and account limitations in the Data Source tab before choosing this method.
Does AI generate the numbers?
No. All numbers are calculated using formulas and statistical analysis. The optional AI layer only adds written explanations to the calculated results when enabled.
Will it slow down my site?
Analysis and report management take place in the dashboard. Processing time depends on data volume and hosting resources. Data retrieval and some scheduled tasks can also run in the background.
Does it work with Rank Math or Yoast?
The plugin can be used alongside Rank Math and Yoast, and reads their configured metadata during single-page analysis. In version 5, if sitemap information is unavailable through the API, it reads the sitemap URL from these plugins or WordPress itself.
How do support and updates work?
Support is provided through Zhaket's ticket system. Download new versions from your Zhaket account. The included guide explains how to replace the plugin while preserving settings and report archives.
